Ridepanda is a nationwide climate-tech B2B commuter benefits platform serving clients like Amazon, Google and OpenAI. I co-founded Ridepanda after my co-founder and I, then working at competing companies Bird and Lime, saw the same problem from opposite sides: shared scooters were struggling, and the real opportunity was helping people fall in love with micromobility as a long-term, car-replacing part of daily life. We set out to build a more sustainable path forward. I spent five years turning that idea into a national B2B micromobility benefits platform. As CTO, I led product and engineering through a major pivot, scaled the platform to dozens of enterprise clients, helped raise over $20M, and grew the company to 60+ employees and millions of dollars of ARR. I now serve as a cofounder and strategic advisor.
